Shipping and Returns
ATTUALE.COM is a company based out of Dubai, UAE, hence all orders are processed and shipped from Dubai only through our official Delivery Partner DHL.
International Shipping Fee is calculated at a flat rate of $ 35.
We ship orders every day except Fridays. Please allow 2/5 days for your order to reach your home.
*Exceptions out of our control may happen and we kindly ask for your patience.
Please beware, some Customs authorities may require your personal ID to clear the shipment.
At ATTUALE.COM, we have a return policy of 10 days from the delivery date registered by our Delivery Partner.
When returning an item, please beware of the following:
- Return items should be unused and in the same condition as when originally received, including return tag.
- All beauty, undergarments and discounted items are final sales (such information is stated on each product’s page description, where applicable).
- Your refund will be calculated based on the returning item(s) value that was originally paid excluding your country’s taxes and subtracting any return shipping fees and/or return duties and taxes incurred by ATTUALE.COM at the time of return.
- Refunds will be processed only through the original method of payment.
ATTUALE.COM reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met, on a case-to-case basis, and return the item(s) back to the original destination address.
We have had to implement some important changes and make decisions which may affect your experience as a client. However, we truly hope for a more conscious environment in the Ecommerce industry and in order to improve our Sustainability Practices, the following compromises will have to be considered while shopping at ATTUALE.COM.
In order to reduce Returns, which create operational, financial, and environmental damages, we ask for your collaboration.
First and foremost, when in doubt for sizing, fit, or any other items’ features, write to us at any time either by email on [email protected], or by Whats app, iMessage, text, or call on +971507197255. We try our best to be available most of the time. Please be considered of the night timing as we are based in Dubai, UAE.
If you receive an item, and it does not meet your requirements, please email us your Return Request:
Upon receiving your Return Request, we will create a Return Shipment for you and provide you the following:
- Documentation to be printed and handed over to the courier – Airway bill and Commercial invoice(s)
- Pick-up day and timing*
- Tracking number
*Should you wish to change the pick-up day or timing, please contact your local DHL providing the tracking number.
Please, be mindful to pack item(s) properly in order to meet our Return Policy. We suggest using as much of the original packaging as possible.
Lastly, once our Operation team receives your packages and approves your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you and a refund will be credited back to your account through the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 15 days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please proceed with a Refund Request and you may place a new order with the new item(s). For assistance, write to us on [email protected] and we are always happy to assist you.
