We accept payments in AED (dirham), EUR (euro), GBP (pound), SAR (saudi riyal), and USD (us dollar) through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. The one exception is PayPal, which accepts payments in USD (us dollar) only.

Payment is debited from your chosen payment method at the time of purchase only.


Most of the items ship from Dubai, UAE, and prices are inclusive of Duties and Taxes (VAT).

SHIPMENT is a company based out of Dubai, UAE, hence all orders are processed and shipped from Dubai.

National Shipping Fee within the UAE is calculated at a flat rate of AED 26.

We ship orders every day except Fridays. Please beware:

- Within Dubai, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 hours if you purchase before 5pm, otherwise next-day.
- For the rest of UAE, allow 1 to 4 days for your order to reach your home.

In order to reduce returns, which create operational, financial, and environmental damages, we ask for your collaboration.

If you receive an item, and it does not meet your requirements, please email us your Return Request:

Upon receiving your Return Request, we create a Return Shipment for you and provide you the following:

- Documentation to be printed and handed over to the courier – Airway bill
- Pick-up day and timing*
- Tracking number

*Should you wish to change the pick-up day or timing, please contact DHL (600 567 567) providing the tracking number.

Please, be mindful to pack item(s) properly in order to meet our Return Policy. We suggest using as much of the original packaging as possible.

Lastly, once our Operation team receives your packages and approves your return, a confirmation email is sent to you and your refund credited back to your account through the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 15 days.
